Terms of Use
These Terms of Use describe the conditions for browsing and using the Pro D Home Climate Solutions Inc. website (the “Website”). They apply to Website content and use only. They do not form a quotation or contract for home services. Any services Pro D agrees to provide will be set out in a separate customer agreement.
Website information
The Website provides general information about Pro D and its home climate services. Website content is for general information only. It is not a technical assessment of your home, a final quotation, an offer to enter into a service contract, or a guarantee that a particular system, installation date, saving, or rebate will be suitable or available.
Recommendations, pricing, scheduling, permits, technical requirements, and rebate eligibility depend on the home, assessment, current program rules, and project details. Any work Pro D agrees to perform will be described in a separate quotation or written customer agreement.
Pro D and regulated work
Pro D Home Climate Solutions Inc. acts as the general contractor. Regulated technical work and applicable provincial permits are performed and obtained by Pro D’s licensed technical partner, 360 Install Solution Inc., as applicable.

You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use Website content for commercial purposes without Pro D’s prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or submit information that is knowingly false, unlawful, or harmful. Please do not upload information or images that you do not have permission to share.

The Website may link to third-party websites or services for convenience. Pro D does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
