Vancouver Whole-Home Daikin Slim-Duct HVAC & HRV Installation

Rough-in work

Open timber framing in the Vancouver Daikin HVAC and HRV rough-in project

A home should feel comfortable in every room.

Before the drywall went up, this new Vancouver home was still an open frame—and a family’s chance to plan how they wanted to live in it. Picture early mornings in the kitchen, a quiet bedroom upstairs, and everyone gathering in the living room at the end of the day. They wanted comfort built into the home without bulky equipment taking over the rooms. ProD set concealed Daikin ducted units in the framing, coordinated the ductwork and grilles, and prepared five thermostat zones. The HRV and fresh-air ductwork were also worked into the layout. By planning the equipment supports, drainage, duct routes and control wiring while the framing was open, ProD prepared the home’s comfort systems to sit discreetly above the ceilings and behind the walls.

ROUGH-IN SCOPE
