For This Landlord, Hot Water Couldn’t Wait

The owner rents this Langley home to students. When the water heater suddenly failed, the students were left without hot water. After two or three days of cold water and no showers, the owner knew the problem could not wait any longer.

The owner had contacted other companies, but none could arrange a replacement quickly enough. They then reached out to ProD. Our team came the next day and replaced the failed unit with a new Rheem tank-style water heater, completing the work that day.

For the owner, the urgent worry was over: the students had hot water again. They were so relieved when the job was done that they applauded the team.
