Between Tenants, a Chance to Renew the Home

When the previous tenant moved out of this Burnaby home, the owner decided to renovate before renting it again. The home’s Poly-B piping had grown old, and the owner did not want to leave that concern for the next tenants.

While the house was empty, ProD replaced the old piping serving the home’s baseboard heating with PEX-A and reconnected the heating runs throughout the house. The heating equipment itself stayed in place. The team completed the work in two days.

For the owner, it was a chance to take care of something important before the next tenancy began. With the older pipes replaced, the owner could continue the renovation and prepare the home for new tenants with greater peace of mind.
